- Real Estate: Compare land plots, property sizes, or neighborhood footprints.
- Urban Planning: Analyze park sizes, development zones, or city blocks.
- Fun Exploration: See how your hometown compares to a famous landmark or city.

- Pick a shape tool (rectangle, circle, or polygon) and draw on the map.
- Use Location Search to jump to a place quickly.
What you get
- Area size in multiple units: square meters, square kilometers, hectares, acres, and square miles.
- A direct comparison summary in plain language.
- A responsive chart view to visually compare both areas.
- Optional map markers with reverse-geocoded location names from OpenStreetMap.

- Split View (desktop only) lets you compare areas side-by-side. Feel free to zoom each map differently to focus on details, or use the Reset button on the map to sync them up for an equal-scale view.
- Click area labels to rename them (for example, "Farm" and "City Park").
- Use the main Reset button to start over completely.
